Return & Exchange Policy

At Gonji Art Shop, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer 7-day returns and exchanges from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
• All packaging, boxes, instructions, and tags must be included.
• Promotional items or free gifts must also be returned.
• Custom/personalized pieces and final sale items are non-returnable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping.
• Once received and approved, we will ship out your exchange.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days.
• A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable and covered by the customer.
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and approving your return, back to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us at info@gonjishop.com with your order number.
2. Once approved, ship your item back to us (at your expense).
3. After verifying the item’s condition, we’ll process your exchange or refund.
