Exchange Policy:
We offer 7-day exchanges for all customers. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy.
Return Qualifications for Exchanges:
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged. All original packaging, including boxes, instructions, and tags, must be intact and included. Any promotional items or gifts received with the purchase must also be returned.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that the following items are not eligible for exchange: Custom or personalized jewelry and final sale items or products marked as non-returnable
Process:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt. Once approved, you will need to ship the item back to us at your own cost. Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
